Did you know that there are awards that your club can receive without an application?
Automatic awards are awards that are rewarded based on Monthly Report Form (MRF) data and do not require any manual submissions hence the name “automatic”.

There are a total of 7 automatic awards:
Annual Achievement Report (AAR)
The Annual Achievement Report, or AAR, is an international points-based club recognition system. It is based on information included in the Monthly Report Form (MRF) and can be viewed in the Annual Report tab of the MRF.
Clubs can earn points based on several different sections:
1) Service Projects
2) Service Hours
3) Service Fundraising
4) Key Club Administration
5) Club Membership
6) Leadership Development
7) Kiwanis Family Involvement

District Tree
Awards clubs who have 100% on-time MRF submissions from the June deadline to the February deadline (May to January tabs)
Achieved Increased Membership (AIM)
Awards clubs who increased their membership by February 1st, 2023. Must meet one of the following criteria:

100% membership increase and 40+ new members
-
50% membership increase and 20+ members
- 25% membership increase and 8+ members
Retention
Awards clubs who maintained their membership by December 1st, 2022 (on-time deadline).
Early-Bird
Awards clubs who paid dues by November 1st, 2022 (early-bird deadline).
UNICEF
Awards clubs who donated $250 or more to UNICEF (must be donated through Kiwanis sponsor).
