RUNNING FOR DISTRICT (GOVERNOR, SECRETARY, TREASURER) / INTERNATIONAL OFFICE
District Officer Candidate Training Conference 2023
Key Club members interested in being a candidate for a District Officer Position (Governor, Secretary, or Treasurer) in the 2023-2024 term must attend the District Officer Candidate Training Conference (DOCTC). Potential candidates/participants from Hawaii need to contact the District Administrator directly and CC your Region Advisor.
Date: Saturday, February 4, 2023
Times: 10am-5pm PT
Location:
Virtually via Zoom - Hawaii
North - Kiwanis Family House (Sacramento, CA)
South - Kiwanis District Office (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
** NOTE: Potential California and Nevada candidates who have trouble attending DOCTC in person can attend via the virtual option as well.
Dress Code: Key Club Casual
The deadline to register for DOCTC is January 28, 2023.
Nonattendance Exception Approval: If a candidate cannot attend DOCTC, a request for nonattendance exception approval must be formally made prior to DOCTC.

Step 2: Register online your intent to run for a District Officer Position. Register HERE (Only register your intent to run for District Office Position AFTER your attendance at DOCTC)

**All sections must be completed with all the required signatures to be valid. The original documents with original signatures must be mailed and postmarked to the CNH District Office and emailed to Tim Cunning by March 17, 2023.
Step 4: Campaign material must be received by March 17, 2023.
Running for District Endorsement for International Office
IOCTC Registration
This is mandatory if you want to run for District Endorsement at the CNH District Convention that is required in order to run for one of the International Officer positions.
