What do you do at Key Leader?
Activities may include archery, rock climbing, hiking, a field day, team-building activities, leadership talks, and general sessions. Downtime is scheduled into the weekend where attendees can play board games, write friendship notes and sneak them into other’s mailboxes, and most importantly, bond with members from Key Club, KIWIN’S, and Kiwanis!!

Why Key Leader?
Key Leader is just as exciting and beneficial as DCON, RTC, OTC, and even Fall Rally! There are so many reasons to attend:
-
Out of CNH’s main District events, Key Leader is the only event where you can meet and bond with KIWIN’S for an entire weekend. It also allows for deeper interactions with Kiwanis.
-
Key Leader takes place in the middle of the mountains, so you have the opportunity to experience outdoor activities unlike any other Key Club event (think 6th grade camp)!
-
Key Leader combines the social and educational aspects of a Key Club event where you can grow as a leader AND build lasting friendships.
-
By attending, you will gain recognition for District event attendance for the Member Recognition Program.
-
Key Leader builds upon core values such as personal integrity, personal growth, respect, community building, and the pursuit of excellence. These skills will benefit you beyond Key Club and beyond high school!
-
You don’t need to worry about missing school! Attendees are not expected to arrive until 4-6pm on Friday.
