TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MONTHLY RECOGNITION PROGRAM

MOST SERVICE HOURS PER MEMBER

  1. This recognition is given to the club that completes the most community service hours per member for the previous month. Calculations will be completed by the Member Recognition Committee, the District Administrator, and/or the District Secretary.
  2. No registration or application is necessary for online recognition on the CyberKey. Monthly winners are determined based on data extracted from Lieutenant Governor MRFs sent to the District Secretary.
  3. In order to be considered for this award, the club in question must submit its MRF to its Key Club Lieutenant Governor. If the club’s Lieutenant Governor does not submit his or her MRF on time, the club will not be eligible for online recognition on the CNH CyberKey.
  4. To qualify, a club must be in good standing (dues-paid).
  5. A member is defined as dues-paid member in good standing.
  6. Once the District Member Recognition Committee has selected a winner, the name of the winning club will be posted on the CNH CyberKey.

MOST FUNDS RAISED FOR SERVICE

  1. This recognition is given to the club that fundraises the most funds (in U.S. currency) for the previous month. Calculations will be completed by the Member Recognition Committee, the District Administrator and/or the District Secretary.
  2. No registration or application is necessary for online recognition on the CyberKey. Monthly winners are determined based on data extracted from MRFs sent to the District Secretary.
  3. Funds may be raised for either the club or for a charitable organization.
  4. In order to be considered for this award, the club in question must submit its MRF to its Key Club Lieutenant Governor. If the club’s Lieutenant Governor does not submit his or her MRF on time, the club will not be eligible for online recognition on the CNH CyberKey.
  5. To qualify, a club must be in good standing (dues-paid).
