How to run for office at the District and International Level Guidebook
Step 1: Complete "CTC Registration Form"—Adobe fillable form.
This form is due by February 17, 2012.
CTC Attendance is not mandatory to be able to run for office.
Also complete the online registration process.
The Candidate Training Conference (CTC)
will be held on February 26, 2012 at the Kiwanis District Office
(8360 Red Oak Street, Ste 201, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730).
The time will be from 10 am to 5 pm.
After finishing the CTC Registration Process (both form & on-line)
Download & complete your CTC Assignment prior to CTC.
Step 2: Click on this link to access the online registration system.
Anyone intending to run for a District Executive position
or seeking endorsement to run for an International position
needs to complete this online registration process.
In addition, anyone intending to apply for a committee
chair position needs to complete this online registration
process. The information submitted is used for proper
planning for elections, for appointment selections, and
for the new term. Completing this process is NOT enough.
The official paperwork with all necessary signatures needs
to be submitted to the CNH District Office (attention
Mr. Hennings) and received by the designated deadline.
Step 3: Complete the agreement for the level of office you are seeking:

A. "District Officer Service Agreement"—Adobe fillable form.
This form includes:
Section 1: Personal Information
Section 2: Rules and Regulations
Section 3: Service Agreement
Section 4: School Support
Section 5: Home Support
Section 6: Code of Conduct
Section 7: Kiwanis Release
Section 8: Consent to Attend Key Club Events
& Medical Authorization
For International Endorsement Candidates - DUE March 2, 2012
B. "International Endorsement Service Agreement" - (fillable)
This form includes:
Section 1: Personal Information
Section 2: Rules and Regulations
Section 3: Service Agreement
Section 4: School Support
Section 5: Home Support
Section 6: Code of Conduct
Section 7: Kiwanis Release
Section 8: Consent to Attend Key Club Events
& Medical Authorization
Step 4: Send your forms to Bruce Hennings via e-mail/fax/mail.
Step 5: Complete the CNH Candidate Basic Profile On-Line Questionaire.
The information from this questionaire will be used to create
one(1) page of the two(2) you are allowed. The second page
is one that you create to advertise your candidacy and
your qualifications for the office you are seeking. These
will be posted on-line so no personal contact information is
allowed. This page needs to be Submitted by March 10, 2012
in PDF format. We will notify you of the email address to
submit this page after we receive your Service Agreement form.

attendance at any of the CTC-LTG events. CTC-LTG

Step 4: Send your forms at least one week prior to the Region/Divsion
Conclave to Bruce Hennings and your Regional Advisor via
e-mail/fax/mail. Make sure to get all the required signatures.
The District Office Address is on the form. Conclave dates
are posted under the "Events" tab on the CyberKey
